Before starting an engagement, we require relevant references and any applicable background checks based on the role, client, and location. We’ll clearly explain what’s needed upfront and guide you through each step to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Contractor payment terms depend on the contract type and geography. Independent contractors are paid monthly on a net 14 days from month end basis. In the US, W2 contractors are paid bi-weekly, while UK-based PAYE and Outside IR35 contractors are paid monthly. All payment details are confirmed in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
