Modern Slavery Act Statement

MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025 - 2026

1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) and sets out the steps that Growe Global Limited (“Growe Global”, “we” or “the Company”) has taken during the financial year ending 28 February 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Growe Global is a recruitment consultancy incorporated and operating in the United Kingdom, specialising in SAP and technology talent acquisition services for clients internationally. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and with integrity and take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms.

2. Organisational Structure and Supply Chains
Growe Global provides recruitment services, including permanent, interim and contract talent solutions. Our operations are UK-based, and our supply chains include:

  • Professional services providers (e.g., payroll, legal, finance)

  • Technology platforms and tools

  • Third-party training and development organisations

  • Office support and facilities providers

We recognise that modern slavery risks can arise in supply chains as well as in any part of our operations, and we therefore consider these risks across all tiers of our service delivery.

3. Policies Relating to Slavery and Human Trafficking
Growe Global’s Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy underpins this statement. This policy:

  • Sets out our commitment to act ethically and responsibly

  • Requires compliance by all employees, contractors and third parties with our standards

  • Prohibits any form of modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our operations and supply chains

  • Is communicated to staff and made available via internal policy platforms

These standards are integrated into relevant internal policies, including supplier engagement protocols and professional conduct codes.

4. Due Diligence Processes
We maintain due diligence procedures designed to assess and address modern slavery risks, including:

  • Pre-engagement screening of suppliers and service providers to ensure they adhere to legal and ethical standards

  • Contractual commitments from suppliers that they comply with all applicable labour and employment legislation

  • Regular review of our key service provider relationships

Growe Global expects suppliers to maintain comparable anti-slavery standards in their own supply chains.

5. Risk Assessment and Risk Management
We assess risk across our business and supply chains by:

  • Identifying categories of services and geographies where labour exploitation could occur

  • Reviewing any changes in supplier operations that may affect risk levels

  • Asking suppliers about their own anti-slavery measures where appropriate

Where risks are identified, we seek commitments from suppliers to implement mitigation measures or, if necessary, reconsider entering or continuing the relationship.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To measure the effectiveness of our approach, Growe Global monitors:

  • The proportion of suppliers who confirm compliance with anti-slavery commitments

  • Staff training completion rates on modern slavery awareness

  • Internal reporting of any issues or concerns related to modern slavery

These KPIs are reviewed periodically by senior leadership, and our risk management processes are updated in response to findings.

7. Training
We provide relevant training and awareness to all employees to help them:

  • Understand what modern slavery and human trafficking are

  • Recognise indicators of modern slavery in business operations and supply chains

  • Know how to report concerns through appropriate channels

Training is mandatory for staff involved in procurement, supplier management and recruitment operations.

8. Board Approval and Sign-off
This Modern Slavery Act Statement has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of Growe Global and is signed on its behalf by the Managing Director.
