Supplier Code of Conduct

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Growe Global Limited (UK) & Growe Global Corporation (US)

Our Commitment
At Growe Global, we build long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and professional integrity. As a global recruitment and employment services business supporting SAP, Enterprise Applications, SaaS, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market hiring, we operate in people-centric environments where ethics matter.

This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all suppliers, partners, contractors, and service providers (“Suppliers”) working with Growe Global.

By doing business with Growe Global, Suppliers agree to uphold these principles within their own organisations and across their supply chains.

1. Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers must conduct business honestly and responsibly.

We expect Suppliers to avoid any behaviour that could compromise professional integrity, including bribery, corruption, improper payments, or unfair business practices. Appropriate controls should be in place to prevent financial crime, fraud, or misuse of funds.

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every country in which they operate.

2. Fair Employment & Human Rights
Growe Global operates in the recruitment and employment services sector and places people at the centre of everything we do.

Suppliers must respect fundamental human rights and ensure:

  • Employment is freely chosen

  • No forced, bonded, or child labour is used

  • Workers are treated with dignity and respect

  • Discrimination, harassment, and abuse are not tolerated

  • Wages and working hours comply with local law

Suppliers must actively prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within their operations and supply chains.

3. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Suppliers are responsible for providing safe and healthy working environments for their employees and contractors.

This includes appropriate training, clear safety procedures, and compliance with all applicable workplace health and safety regulations. No worker should be exposed to unsafe conditions or abusive treatment.

4. Conflicts of Interest
Suppliers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could influence their relationship with Growe Global, including personal or financial interests that may affect business decisions.
Transparency is essential. Where conflicts arise, Suppliers are expected to take reasonable steps to manage or remove them.

5. Data Protection, Privacy & Confidentiality
As a recruitment business, Growe Global handles sensitive personal and commercial information.

Suppliers must protect all Growe Global data and any candidate, client, or employee information they may access. This includes:

  • Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws

  • Implementing appropriate security measures

  • Using data only for authorised purposes

  • Securely deleting or returning data when no longer required

Any data breach or security incident must be reported promptly.

6. Intellectual Property
Suppliers must respect intellectual property rights and confidential information belonging to Growe Global, our clients, candidates, and third parties.
Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of materials or data is not permitted.

7. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are encouraged to operate in an environmentally responsible manner and comply with all applicable environmental laws.
Where possible, we expect Suppliers to minimise waste, reduce environmental impact, and support sustainable business practices.

8. Responsible Supply Chains
Suppliers must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors meet standards consistent with this Code.
Growe Global may request reasonable assurances of compliance where appropriate.

9. Reporting Concerns
Suppliers must promptly report any suspected or actual breaches of this Code.

Growe Global expects open communication and cooperation in addressing concerns or investigating potential issues.

Compliance
Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in corrective action or termination of the business relationship.

By continuing to work with Growe Global Limited (UK) and/or Growe Global Corporation (US), Suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code.
